A Beautiful Dawn

I snapped this photo outside my home on June 22, but forgot about taking it until now. It was just before five in the morning and the intense colors in the clouds lasted less than ten minutes before they faded to white.

​When people discover I usually wake up at around four in the morning, they tend to look at me with a blend of pity and confusion, but being an early riser has its advantages. Beautiful sights like this being foremost among them.
