Endless tilting.

I saw Aladdin again. Which is monumental considering the last movie I saw in theaters before it was Thor Ragnarok. And now I’ve seen Aladdin TWICE! This is a wild luxury, people.

I went back to the theater because this movie hits all the notes I love in stories. I went back, because a princess finds her strength. I went back, because the opulence and romance and lushness was consuming. I went back—and I found myself in awe of that fact.

What elements in a story make you return again and again?

Rida Aladdin was such a great movie! And yes, I totally agree that everything about it was consuming. As for what makes me return to a story again and again, I think it's mainly the characters and their interactions and relationships with one another. Yes, plot is just as important, but I feel that a well-rounded cast of characters, with their own distinguishable voices and personalities, is really what makes me fall in love with a story. :)
