RollingStone.com reports: Forever 21 has the rights to sell their own version of the hand-drawn t-shirt Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain made in tribute to West Coast punk band Flipper, a spokeswoman for the company tells Rolling Stone. After inciting controversy among music fans and temporarily removing the shirt for purchase, the $16.90 item has been relisted on Forever21.com.
