I submitted Lost in the Museum to a publisher. It’s been rejected.
Moping for about half a day got me nowhere, but it felt good for a minute. My work has been traditionally published in the past, but honestly, most of the small presses keep going out of business (so I’m 99.9% out of print).
On the plus side, the self-publishing route is a great choice. It’s a community I’ve been in before, and I learned a lot from my book launches in 2015 (still can’t believe it’s been that long). It won’t be easy, of course, but what is?
You’ll get the first updates on Patreon (the juiciest bits at the $5 level), so consider becoming a member. Your support pays for things like professional editing and cover work, and you can’t have a great novel without those things.
Thank you for your support, and we’ll talk soon.
