Generally, yes. But the grading system is for story ideas. So it's possible for, say, an "A+" story idea to result in a finished story that I'd regard as more of a "B." Conversely, I've written a few stories that began as "B" story ideas where the finished product ultimately grew on me, eventually elevating in my mind to be more of an "A."
