Chasing Souls by Tia Silverthorne Bach Review
[image error] I'm a huge fan of Tia Silverthorne Bach's YA paranormal reads and I was excited to get my hands on this newest addition to the Tala Prophecy series. The main series, starting with Chasing Memories, follows Reagan a wolf-shifter as she learns about her specials gifts and comes to terms with a world that is much more complicated than she ever believed.
In Chasing Souls we find Reagan and her now teenage twins, Jackie and Maddie, faced with some old enemies. I read this book the day it was released, cover to cover.

This book, like many of the others by Tia Silverthorne Bach, was fast paced and action packed. I loved the story line and finished reading it in one day. Ms. Bach does a great job of orienting you into her world without long drawn out explanations. Even though I've read the rest of the series, it's been a year (maybe more?) since the last book, and her catch up was perfect as she interspersed information important for this 2nd generation of the Tala Prophecy series.
Twins Maddie and Jackie have only heard tales of the evil red-eyed wolf shifters who seem more like monster of ghost stories than real live creatures. Demons can't really be actual evil can they? Maddie and Jackie find out all too quickly as the past catches up with their family.
On a side note... Chasing Souls also brings in come characters from another new adult paranormal novel of Ms. Bach's, Enchanted Souls. Kudos to Ms. Bach for her imaginative characters and creative, driven story lines!
