Time stood still

In the caves

of old castles

father, mother and

sister had their stop.

It was a normal ritual

but when I got older,

I really had to leave

our car, hardly, badly

and, the very last time.

I do not talk about ‘power’

or ‘force’ because I did

not appreciate the look

in the eyes of the owner.

Later, we did not visit it,

this castle, no more.

I was charmed to hear,

no one could ever enter.
