Who is our subject? What makes her someone who is put in this position? She could be a rich socialite, a double agent, a ruthless land developer, or the president of the PTO. The possibilities are endless. Which one wants to kill her? And when did they decide that murder was the way to go and why? Lots of opportunities, here—greed, jealousy, lust, power. Pick one and roll with it.
