Xmas and The X

This all started out perfectly harmless.  With Grilled Artichokes.

But...Is there really any reason NOT to have Baked Ricotta and a little Prosciutto? Just a little.

I mean look how innocent it looks.  I mean the roasted red peppers look a little devilsh but the ricotta?Innocent.But then...Someone demanded we sample the rice balls.  Who can refuse a demand at a Holiday Party?NOT I.
