Light & Darkness

What is one of the signs that indicates that we are in the Light?
When we experience a temporary suspension of our doubts, uncertainties, fears and the perception of separation.
This is a state of pure consciousness, devoid of physical, mental and emotional conditioning. This experience does not need to last too long, it can also take a few seconds, in which we experience unconditional ecstasy, love, peace.
This is enough to leave traces in our consciousness to which we can choose to return at other times through evocation and remembrance. This is what allows communication with Light to be at work. This is the way in which we continue to communicate with Light in the absence of a direct experience.
Communication with Darkness occurs in a similar way. It is a temporary suspension of our ecstasy, unity, love and unconditional peace. This experience does not need to last too long, it can also take a few seconds, in which we experience pain, fear, hatred, misery, confusion and conflict. This is enough to leave traces to which we can choose to return at other times through evocation and remembrance. This is what allows communication with Darkness to be at work. This is the way in which we continue to communicate with Darkness in the absence of a direct experience.
