Busy, busy Monday :>

Hello, Write Edge readers! I’ve had a busy start to the week. Enjoyed every minute, make no mistake, but it’s been busy. Beta reading, judging a short story for a contest, and working on my novel. In between something had to give, and this week, unfortunately, it was my weekly short story post. But never fear! I’ll have it up next week.

In the meantime, I want to share this week’s motivational quote. The point in these inspiring words, of course, is that one should always keep eyes and ears open to anything that might inform your life’s passion.

“Everybody walks past a thousand story ideas every day. The good writers are the ones who see five or six of them. Most people don’t see any.” ― Orson Scott Card

As I said, no new short story this week, but I will have a brand new book review. Bestselling author Fredrik Backman has released his first nonfiction book, and I received my own copy of it last week. Find out this Wednesday on The Write Edge Bookshelf what I thought about Things My Son Needs to Know About the World!

On Friday I’ll be posting new Instagram pics. You can go now and browse my previous pictures. Find me with my handle @EktaRGarg.

Have a fantastic week, readers!
