To the Mothers, simple words, but truthful ones: Thank You. For your grace, your ferocity, your tenderness. For your affection, for your stubbornness, for your gentle hands and soothing arms. For your strength, for your patience. To the Mothers, be your babies flesh or fur, be they here or gone, be you current or soon to be, once was or never shall, you’re mothers all the same. All days should be Mother’s Day, every hour of every one, for we are we because of they. Thank you.
