Nanowrimo: A Summation, A Week Behind.

'A week behind' is a good way to sum up my Nanowrimo experience this year.  Always rushing to catch up, never quite there.  However, if you allow me an extra week, it is also the first year that I was successful in my 'Wrimo Mission.   So, I'm counting it as a win.

This year I learned the benefits of doing something just outside the bounds of what I think I can accomplish.  I learned that people will leave you alone to work when you ask them to, but you have to be able to tune right back in to your guests when your allotted time is up.   I learned that the DVR will hold a remarkable number of episodes of Sons of Anarchy.  I learned most of all, that pushing myself only makes me stronger.

I hope Nanowrimo was as productive for all of you as it was for me.  We will return to normal, less abbrieviation-intensive blogging, but in the meantime, don't forget about the website contest!  The list of authors contributing to the goodie basket has grow to epic proportions!  Currently, there are books from Katharine Ashe, Mia Marlowe, Monica Burns, Shana Galen, Emma Wildes, Sophie Jordan, Ashley March, Lila DiPasqua, Vanessa Kelly, Tracey Jane Jackson, and of course, moi!  Don't miss out!

Until later, sweets, happy reading!
