In my opinion and experience, people on Wattpad are more into fiction stories. If you’re writing a non-fiction book, you’re on the right track since you’ve already used Quora and Medium (your answer on Quora brought me to your Medium profile, and I like your content). However, again, in my humble opinion, Quora or Medium hasn’t been a big thing here in Indonesia, meanwhile, publishers, at the end of the day, are businesses.

So, I think you can recreate your content that you’ve done on Medium or Quora using bigger platforms, such as Twitter or Instagram. But keep using Quora and Medium. You can also try Wattpad, maybe your content will give a new color on the platform.

I use Instagram as my main place to share my content. And, Wattpad as a side dish to show my upcoming book--because now Wattpad isn’t as big as it was before, so you can’t really rely on one platform.
