Good Friday

The Apostle John records (John 19:30):

“When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, ‘It is finished,’ and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.” 

“It is finished.”  To understand what exactly is finished, you have to step-back and look at the entire arc of the Scriptures, beginning in Genesis.
