No Chinook digital store files updated, temporary freebie

I updated the digital file for No Chinook today, which brings 1.1 validation and a bevy of visual improvements. It should be available in iBooks, Nook, and Kindle as soon as registration goes through.

For a limited time, I've also made the book entirely free. I want people to see what I've done with the epub file, so if people have an old version they can update it, and people who may want to read my book but don't necessarily want to buy it can do so. No Chinook is nearly four years old, so I think I've tapped whatever customer base it might have had.
