The grey area

The grey area

She lives in an area,

raised by her parents

and grandparents.

Her mouth, face and body

do not breathe, anything else.

As they think it is normal

to walk along the white houses,

they are watched; that’s all.

I could never possibly understand

in their way of believing a lost faith.

It is in the way, I have seen it,

at night, when they try to dance,

the evening, away.

Anyway, the grey area is

now a white huge space.
