Horning of the Cooperative Children's Book Center , and includes contemporary and historical books published here and in other countries between 2001 and 2011. Thank you so much, Mitali, for bringing this list of books to readers' attention! I would love to teach a college course called Global Reading. I would want inquiry groups to study the region and present, then read the book and discuss. Maybe some authors would skype. The question is, who is going to put this in their college agenda?
