    I had a great time at the Tampa Bay Times Festival of Reading, chatting about the book and reading
a couple of short excerpts. Host Allan Smith did a great job of introducing me, and that's him on the left here, me on the right. Tampa Bay Times Book Editor Colette Bancroft makes the whole thing happen every year. She does an amazing job. It's a beautiful venue and the people are great.

    Then the very next day I was off to San Francisco for an appearance/reading/signings at SF in SF with the very talented Nick Mamatas and hosted by Rina Weisman, with Terry Bisson (yes, -that- Terry Bisson) as the moderator. That's Nick, Terry and me, left to right, in the pic on the left. 

   

     Then it was off to Scottsdale, AZ, for a conversation and signing at the famous

Poison Pen bookstore. Great fun, and signed a lot of books! 

   

And now it's off to a Wednesday evening signing with Kevin J. Anderson at The Old Firehouse bookstore in Fort Collins. You can read about it here:
