I meditate and exercise every morning. I have done this consistently, every day for six months. Simply put, I feel amazing. The mental clarity this gives me cannot be understated. By starting the day this way I am priming myself for success and buttressing myself against the pressures of life and mental illness.

The benefits of such a practice also compound. My mental state is trending upwards, and my body is improving as well....
