Release the Demon!

Woot-woot! The Demon King’s Destiny releases in four days! I’m excited to have it out there and to conclude the series … well, maybe Luka needs his story written, but I’ve got other irons in the fire I need to deal with first.

A huge thanks to all my readers who have already preordered. This is by far the most preorders I’ve ever had and I’m just so thankful people have given the books a chance. Trust me, no one’s more surprised than me. Ha!

In this third novel, I’m particularly fond of the middle sister, Evelyn. She’s my kind of girl and I think readers will relate. She’s the inspiration for my new heroine, Lyric, who is a badass and in a tough spot where she can’t fight her way out. Or can she? I’m only three chapters in, but I definitely got the idea from Evelyn’s life and how she handles herself. It’s a modern setting, so it won’t have the same fantasy feel as the Fate of Imperium Series. It’s still paranormal, just more in line with today’s times and language. Namely, f-bombs flying out of her pretty little mouth. Confession: I drop them like they’re hot. I’m working on not being so crass, but it’s not looking good. It’s hard to undo a lifetime of sailor-speak. I’m looking at you, Dad.

Any-hoo! The preorder price for The Demon King’s Destiny is only 99cents and I’ll keep it at the sale price until March 4, 2019. Remember, the series doesn’t have to be read in order, but it is recommended. Description below. Oh, and Book 1, The Wolf King’s Bride, is also 99cents. I think I’ll keep it there permanently.

When Marrok, the Demon King of Sundari, meets his fated mate in the dreamworld, he ignores the pull of the saatus bond. He has no desire to make a life with the female, not with his past being what it is. Unable to deny the bond for long, Marrok accepts his demon spirit’s need for its mate. He plans to use their connection to prevent him from turning rogue, while keeping his heart safely buried in the past.

Since the age of six, Evelyn has been dreaming of the Demon King. When she starts having visions of his past, old betrayals are brought to light, including an ancient brotherhood who has been working against the pair for decades. Knowing Marrok may never love her in the way she loves him, Evelyn chooses to fight for their future anyway. She’ll protect everyone she loves from the insidious group—or die trying.

***The Demon King’s Destiny is the third book in the Fate of Imperium Series. Each book is the story of a different king and his fated mate. While the three books do not have to be read in order, it is highly recommended.
