Why you should NOT count calories


Counting calories is a painful and useless exercise. Yes, it can lead to short-term weight reduction, but it leads to long-term failure.


In the Wheat Belly and Undoctored lifestyles, we never count calories, limit calories, or say silly things like “move more, eat less” yet have enormous success in restoring health and losing weight.
