Meditation Title: More Guided Meditation
Technique: Sometimes you don’t want to have to drag yourself through a meditation. Instead, you want someone else to take you on a journey. To just relax your mind and allow whoever (or whatever) is guiding you, to show you something. There are a lot of methods for this, but the most common is to listed to a Guided Meditation recorded specifically to help you through the meditation process. (Yes, this is pretty much a repeat from two days ago.)
