Planning/Journaling Tips: Setting Your Monthly Intention and Focus

As part of my self-mastery journey, I keep a gratitude joural. Mine is in a Mini Happy Planner.

This year, I am setting a focus and intention/power statement for each month. I'm sharing t his in case you would like to try something similar.

Focus

While I have goals, my gratitude journal isn't for that, so my focus is about lifespirt stuff.

This month, my focus reads:

Live on purpose
Love generously
Live well
Express gratitude
Appreciate

My intention or power statement reads:

I am a magical, miraculous creator. I create my ideal life from what lights me up inside, for that is my gift to the world.

When I am writing my gratitude entries each day, I read both..

This week, I am committing to read both aloud every morning. The intention and focus put me in an empowered, excited frame of being. I will let that energy carry me through my goals.

Do you read an affirmation or intention regularly? Let's talk about this in the comments.

Cheers to your B.L.I.S.S.-FULL Life!!
