This is how to edit and push an update for your book. You can edit your book at any time, even after publishing... which means you can take down the Bond Proof copy and upload the Nightingale copy, and then push the update, and we'll all get the new one you send.
Hope this helps! :) (Really looking forward to reading Nightingale - reading Bond Proof early was a treat, but the beginning didn't make a lot of sense without knowing what happened in Nightingale).

Thank you. That is the process I'm following. It still requires Amazon to initiate the push -- which they agreed to do and then failed at. My latest update came this morning and had nothing to do with my books.
When I pointed that out, they apologized and said they were still working on the problem.
The offer of an ARC, stands.
