Do You Rely on Caffeine to Keep Going Every Day?
More and more people rely on caffeine, including 85% of Americans lack energy and have caffeinated beverages every day to make it through the day.
Caffeine is a chemical found in coffee, tea, cola, guarana, mate, and other products. Caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant. When it reaches your brain, the most noticeable effect is alertness. You’ll feel more awake and less tired, so it is most commonly used as stimulants to improve mental alertness or manage drowsiness. Caffeine is also used for temporarily releasing migraine and other headaches and a common ingredient in medications to treat headaches and migraines. Caffeine can also act like a “water pill” that increases urine flow. But it may not have this effect on people who use caffeine regularly.
The Damaging Effect of Caffeine on the Body
Not only caffeine releases symptoms just for the short term, but also has the potential to cause long term health problems.
Caffeine seems work for some of the health problems, such as asthma,diabetes, gallbladder disease, hepatitis c., low blood pressure after eating, memory, breathing problems in infants, pain, Parkinson’s disease, headache after epidural anesthesia, and weight loss.
Caffeine worsens your health conditions in the long term. Caffeineincreases the expenditure of life energy and drains your body out of energy. Because of the training effect of caffeine, consuming caffeine too often or too much can lead to chronic fatigue and many related problems, such as Caffeine can also worsen many other health problems: anxiety disorders. bipolar disorder, bleeding disorders, heart conditions, diabetes, diarrhea, epilepsy, glaucoma, high blood pressure, loss of bladder control, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), weak bones (osteoporosis), Parkinson’s disease, and Schizophrenia. Overuse, especially some caffeine products in very concentrated or pure forms can lead to death. As of 2018, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) considers it unlawful for these products to be sold to consumers in bulk.
The Tragedy:
Many Americans completely rely on caffeine to keep going and have to drink coffee several cups a day every single day. Otherwise, they are too fatigued to do anything. The more they rely on caffeine to keep alert from their fatigue, the more energy drained from their body, the worsen their fatigue, and the more they rely on it… Finally, they couldn’t do anything, they may pass out, are bedridden, then early death! Rely on caffeine too much can only cause early death!
The Solutions:
