Only you know what is true for you

When you put the opinions of others above what you know to be true. When you make the mistake of taking your pulse from someone else’s feelings. When you catch yourself beginning to believe what strangers say about you. When you let the energy of the external world question your innocence. When you feel yourself absorbing other’s unfelt emotions and mistaking them for your own. Say: I am not that. That is not who I am. And merge with the infinity of who and what you truly are.
