I think there are a lot of mistakes people make in trying to find their ultimate mentor, but here is probably the biggest most helpful one. You don't put yourself in their shoes.

1 – You want their help… but they spend very little time answering emails. And what do you do? Send them a whole entire book on why they should help you.
