University Chaplin Gay Role Model of the Year

A man named Ray Vincent who works as an associate Chaplain for the University of South Wales has been honored for the role he's played in the workplace with regard to equality and LGBT rights.

Mr Vincent said he felt "challenged to be more visible and to work harder to encourage and help people to be who they are."
