And now let's meet novelist Joi Copeland, author of In Apple Pie Order (Forget Me Not Romance, January 2019), women's fiction with a touch of romance.

She's been a Christian for over twenty years. God has called her and her family overseas, and she hopes to make her home in Ireland by 2019.
Please tell us one random thing we might not know about you.
My family and I are missionaries, working toward moving to Ireland in less than a year.
I would imagine you get plenty of inspiration for novels with a life like that.
Please tell us a bit more about the plot of In Apple Pie Order.

Sterling Bertram leaves his hometown in search of a new way of life. He hopes to make a quick side trip to his childhood friend's home, but his world is forever changed by what he finds.
What is it about Sterling that will make your readers care about him?
I base most of my lead men off of the characteristics of my husband. My editor absolutely fell in love with Sterling. She said he made her swoon!
Well, that's romantic!
What do you hope to accomplish in 2019, either with your writing or some other facet of your life?
I hope to be in Ireland, working with the team there to share the good news of Christ with those living in Ireland.
You'll have to touch base with us later, to let us know when you've been so blessed!
What is the last novel you read that you would recommend?
In Time for Christmas , by Heather Blanton. The plot intrigued me as I’ve never read time travel in a romantic Christian fiction novel.
Yes, I like the premise of that book.
What are you working on now?
I am working on Faith to Dance.
