A quick note about the contest

As you'll see, most of the winning designs are very clean in their design. They are also very professional looking (I don't think we've ever had a winner that was hand drawn.)

The winners also are also very likely to look good printed up--not too many colors or lines--just clear, simple designs that show a person's love of the book...
