Scripture Sunday

Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. ~ Philippians 4:4-7



Let's be honest with each other. It's not always to be thankful for things. When things are going just the right way, of course it's much easier, but that's not life. Today may be a great day, and I hope it is. But, I'm not promised a great day everyday. Tomorrow, perhaps something earth-shattering may happen. But I can rest and know that my God, My KING and SAVIOR will be with me each step of the way. That helps make the thanks a little easier.
