Just last week I was watching — for the umpteenth time — the movie “The Untouchables” which was about the taking down of Chicago mob boss Al Capone by Prohibition Agent Eliot Ness. Of course, we all know that prohibition was overturned in the end. However, my most favorite moment in the movie — yes, even topping Kevin Costner as Eliot Ness tossing Capone’s enforcer character, Frank Nitti, off the roof of the building — was when Sean Connery’s character explained “The Chicago Way” to Costner....
