is there a fix for this?

LJ folk, these days when i link from somewhere else, like FB or twitter, to one of my LJ posts it no longer shows with the relevant title and picture, just as some generic cartoon mouse with "(no title)" underneath. The actual link still works fine when folk click on it, but I'd prefer it to show in a post the way it used to. Anything I can do?
