Pre-ordered Refactoring books are now shipping

I heard from my editor at Pearson that copies of books pre-ordered on
informit.com are now shipping.
Pearson is also sending books to Amazon. Although Amazon still shows a Dec
31 availability date, they usually update that once they get stock in
their distribution centers.

The ebooks will be available soon on informit, possibly as early as
Friday. Kindle editions on Amazon usually show up a week or so later.
