What an interesting read! Thanks for writing this. :)
But a question pops up in my head: Where will VR movies be applied? In a theatre only? Or does it simply work with VR headsets — wherever we use it? So, what’s the use of theatre then if we can do it from home? Imagining VR movies in theatre where we need to wear VR headset in a room full of strangers — well, that quite scares me. But, still, movies will need VR sooner or later because we don’t want to enjoy movie like we usually do today. We want new experiences. I’ve always imagined where the theatre room is 360 screen, so we don’t need to wear a VR headset in a room full of strangers; but we’re there, inside the movie, watching every step of the characters. But, well, we’ll see how it goes. :)
