Email List Underway!

Had a little trouble getting started, but after looking it up, was able to get my email list going. Even figured out how to put files on there for people to download.
Added link to the Amazon version of Arnesto Modesto, which I will hopefully upload again today.
Changed the time and date info at the start of all my chapters to use a Kindle-accepted font (Arial), which will hopefully make it look better.
TODO:

Check my fonts elsewhere in the book for both Amazon and D2D
Add graphics to my email list signup
Change where email list signup redirects (now it goes to my Twitter account with a whole TWO tweets from five months ago)
Mention that my emails may go to Spam or Promotions folder
