Keep walking. Nov. 19

So I work at a 3D show in Walt Disney World and at the end of the show, the guests are supposed to drop their 3D glasses in a bin outside the theater. There are signs to indicate the bins and the guests also told where to put their glasses YET somehow they seem to always turn to me with a confused look on their faces when the show is over: "Where do we put the glasses??" as they try to hand them to me.



I point outside and tell them to keep walking.



They will discover what they are looking for with just a few steps forward. It's may seem confusing now, but keep walking and they will see what we are telling them.



Isn't that like life?



You're walking and suddenly you don't know what to do or where to go. God seems to be silent. Did you miss the exit signs? Were you just not paying attention? What's the next step?



If you feel like that, I would encourage you to keep walking...step by step. Keep going forward, even if you don't know what to do next. Just keep doing what you have been doing. Do what you know to do. And the solution will come. The answer will be in full view.



Until then, pray and ask for guidance. Be cautious of God's voice and don't be too distracted to hear His verbal instructions.



I have learned in the faith journey to take the focus off myself and serve, promote and bless others. Sometimes the next step and the next plan will reveal itself when we are not even looking for it. It will be a clear and obvious sign right in front of you to tell you what to do next.
