Inspired by...

In Kissing the Suspect, my upcoming romantic mystery, there are a trio of cousins who look out for each other. This element of the story was inspired by my own family. I grew up as one of 14 grandchildren on my mom's side of the family and am still very close to my cousins. A recent unexpected event in my family reminded me how lucky I am to have such a special relationship with the wonderful women I've know my whole life.
