Typical for Amazon. Constantly getting deals in my mailbox, for example for special sales. And when one tries to purchase... wham: only valid in the USA.
I loved it! It was a short, simple, great story.
For one of the most famous writers in the world it is peculiar that his marketing people don't think about his foreign readers.

I tried to enter. One “free” offer after the other. Even ambulance chasers are in on the marketing that drives these sweepstakes. “Do you have chronic pain?”, “have you been injured in an accident “, “do you want free money”. I wasn’t expecting this from a King sweepstakes. Once they get your email address you are doomed. Be happy non-Americans. You don’t even want to enter this. DiAne
I love Cycle of the Werewolf, and am always looking for signed copies of that, to no avail so far. I've got Elevation, but haven't ready it yet, because I started Middlemarch first, and have a long way to go on it. So, Yay! This would be an amazing prize! Fingers crossed!
