The USCCB and the Vatican: The wrong questions

Everyone has become aware by now that the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), presently meeting in Baltimore, has been asked by the Holy See's Congregation for Bishops to delay voting on their attempted creation of a Code of Conduct in relation to the clergy sex abuse crisis in America.
