Observation of the Week
Driving home the other day, I saw a Garda (Police) Car speeding in the other direction with blue light flashing. I happened to catch a glimpse of the two guards inside. They were laughing their heads off like little kids.
Really.
Monkey Dust
I'm rewatching Monkey Dust on DVD. An incredibly depressing, filthy, exhilarating British animation series from a few years ago. I highly recommend it, but not for children, or anybody suffering a hard time in their lives currently.
The intro below is safe for work -- if you don't mind scenes of drug-taking -- and does an excellent job of summing up the mood of the show.
