A Ghastly Hallowe'en Ghosties Adventures 2

Good morning and welcome to Tuesday Blog Share. This month, we’re focusing on paranormal books. There will be a lot of visitors making an appearance but on Sundays and Tuesdays, this blog will be all about things that go bump in the night!
Ghosts, ghouls, demons, you name it and I find it fascinating. Anything that can’t be proven becomes a story in my head, a way to explain those mysterious bumps in the night or things moving when no one is near them. Oh, I’ve heard all the explanations about how it could be cars driving past or a minor earthquake—good luck proving the second one to me. I can feel earthquakes, having grown up in an area where they abound.
This week is when we celebrate Halloween. And I have a huge gift for my fans—you can get A Ghastly Hallowe’en Ghosties Adventures 2 for a mere $1.49 until Halloween day!

Not one… not two… not three… Four nearly impossible tasks await the Landry Ghosties. Failure is not an option. They must complete each one or face a horrible punishment.
It all begins as All Hallows Eve approaches. The ghost of former gold miner, Montana Jack, is called in front of the Ghostie Council. They’re very upset at these talented teens. Yet, the council admits their particular talents are necessary with a problem in another part of the world. In order to determine if the Landry Ghosties can follow the rules, they must complete four tests before the annual festivities in their hometown.
Hailey, Tink, Sly, Freddie, and Annie join forces with Rick, Suzie, and James in this tough paranormal adventure. Their ghost assistants are there for a bit of help along the way. Can they complete each task before Scare on the Square starts on Halloween?

Excerpt
Montana Jack, longtime coordinator of the Ghosties International Network and a spirit of the netherworld for much longer, sighed as he faced the tall heavy wooden door. All it would take was a single touch of his hand and he would discover the reason he’d been released from his exile and ordered to report to The Committee.
“No good comes from this bunch of spooks,” he muttered beneath his breath. “They’ve had me as their dancing marionette ever since I refused to go to the Great Beyond.” He shakes his head in disgust. “Nah. They’ve had me at their beck and call since I decided to work the human Ghosties and left the in charge.”
Montana Jack held up his misty fist and reflected on the job he’d been doing for so long. He’d been murdered for the few gold nuggets in his pouch while mining on Silver Creek in 1864. The miscreant that did him in came from behind, but Jack got a glimpse of the man’s ugly mug. All he could remember to this day was the sharp end of a shovel meeting with his head, blackness, and awakening to a mysterious voice telling him that he was now in charge of aiding young men and women with special talents.
After discovering he was happier in the field, he’d selected a group of individuals to oversee the whole operation—the same group he was about to spend some not very quality time with now. “‘Tain’t no good reason for them to call me here,” he muttered. “I can put good money down on what they want, if I actually had any, that is.”
