Not all the stories in the collection have a happy for now or happy forever after ending.  I felt like that would be okay with readers because most of the stories are fairly romantic but that within this large collection of shorts, I could take chances.  Shameless is one of those stories that doesn't have a definitive ending. Instead Edie Harris invites you to imagine what kind of life the female protagonist would have after she turned her shame into pleasure.
