Relaxing in Rhinebeck

[image error]Got into Rhinebeck yesterday and hung out by the pool, then Rob cooked the most ridiculous from-scratch Mexican dinner: Chicken enchiladas, homemade refried beans (made in a slow cooker), guacamole and hand-ground chili powder.
