My short story My Father’s Hands, which was also long-listed for the Sunderland Short Story Award, has been published in Sunderland-based publisher, Bandit Fiction magazine.
The story is a departure from my usual horror/science fiction genre, instead it’s a poignant tale of a man who thinks he sees his father in a pub at Christmas time. His memories stir as he tries to work out if it is who he thinks it is.
