Christopher Professor, why do women wait to come forward about rape, sexual harassment, etc? Once we know that, how do we, society, encourage women to come forward immediately after? Thanks professor, really looking forward to your next book.

Money? Power? ... Most of the time, power is sought out of an unconscious powerlessness. Awareness and overcoming that is the only remedy — not a blame game or justice. The statistics for those who seek justice when it comes to the death penalty for murder, for example, almost every case did not experience any such relief or said justice once that individual is put to death. That is a testament to those Justice Seekers who will never find such comfort in doing what they are doing. A dead end on all fronts.
