On This Day in Leadership History, October 7th

On this day in leadership history in 1940, “Stardust” was recorded by Artie Shaw. This popular song was written and performed in the 1920’s by Hoagie Carmichael. This song was a “disruptor” in his time with its unique style, and he had a knack for entertaining and relaxing his listeners.

What’s the leadership lesson? Leadership comes in all shapes, sizes, and styles. Encourage and praise great leadership whenever you can!
