September: A New Year, A New Measure of Balance (I hope!)

Many people think of January as the New Year, but for those who are in school, have kids in school, or are homeschooling like me, September seems to carry a more dramatic sense of newness. At least for me it does.

As I've been planning my homeschool year (or rather first month – I'm not THAT organized), my first instinct was to look for all the ways I could be more efficient with my time. It can be difficult when you have demands from work, family, writing etc. to keep up with all of them.
