Perfect weather today! I sat outside working on Bang Up and everything was glorious until I noticed a small(ish) spider crawling on my keyboard. I’m not the kind of person who would let out a girlish squeal at the sight of an arachnid, so I merely tried to brush it off.

And it JUMPED! The frickin’ spider jumped! And as I made more attempts to swipe at it, it continued bouncing all over my keyboard until it finally leapt onto the arm of my chair and then scurried out of sight. When the hell did they invent jumping spiders? What kind of nightmare hellscape has my backyard become???

Again, I’m no arachnophobe, but I don’t need spiders jumping all over my keyboard while I’m trying to write. That’s just not cool.
